The development of digital technology has significantly influenced students’ lifestyles, including in the field of entrepreneurship. However, the low interest in entrepreneurship, weak entrepreneurial mentality, and lack of integration of spiritual values in digital business practices remain major challenges among university students. This study aims to analyze Islamic counseling strategies in fostering students’ entrepreneurial spirit in the digital era and to identify the implementation of Islamic values in shaping students’ entrepreneurial character. This research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through library research and documentation techniques. The data sources were obtained from scientific journal articles, books, and various relevant references published within the last five years. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that Islamic counseling strategies can be implemented through the utilization of digital media, spiritual entrepreneurship approaches, sharia entrepreneurship training, and sustainable business mentoring for students. These strategies are considered effective in developing students’ entrepreneurial character that is creative, innovative, independent, trustworthy, and adaptive to digital technological developments. Islamic counseling also functions as a means of empowering students’ economic potential based on Islamic values in the era of digital transformation.
