PERKAWINAN BEDA AGAMA ANTAR WARGA NEGARA INDONESIA DI INDONESIA SEBAGAI DIPLOMASI
Abstract
This paper will discuss inter-state marriages in Indonesia whose studies review some of the marital events, the method used in this paper is a sociological normative qualitative research methodology whose data source is from the Religious Courts, both online and requesting data to the local court, then reviewed and obtained research results that the existing marriage law products in Indonesia are a legacy from the colonialism period both the Dutch and the Japanese which all became the basis of reference. Then in the diplomacy perspective it can be concluded that inter-state marriages carried out in Indonesia are efforts to win diplomacy and the aim is nothing else to Indonesianize the world with a marriage approach.
