Abstract

Electronic commerce (e-commerce) trade creates an engagement between one party and another, namely the parties to give an achievement. Agreement or engagement in Islamic law can be categorized as a contract based on good pleasure and compliance with Islamic law. A contract based on Sharia Economic Law Compilation, is an agreement in an agreement between two or more parties to do or not do certain legal actions. Buying and selling in trade holds the concept of an exchange contract which is known as bai 'in the Compilation of Sharia Economic Laws, namely the sale and purchase of objects with objects, or the exchange of objects with money. Electronic trading transactions basically each party has rights and obligations that must be fulfilled based on the contract.
