Tradisi Maulid Al- Barzanji Untuk Menumbuhkan Kecintaan pada Nabi Muhammad SAW di Desa Bangun Rejo
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide a description and analysis of the activities carried out by Al-Barzanji, as well as the influence those activities had on the community of Bangun Rejo Village in terms of boosting feelings of love and admiration for the Prophet Muhammad SH. Specifically, the research method utilized was the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Observation, interviews, and documentation during fieldwork were the methods that were used to acquire data. Administrative members of the Taklim Council, individuals who took part in the Al-Barzanji activities, and community leaders from Bangun Rejo Village who were active in these activities are all examples of research informants. The research findings indicate that the Al-Barzanji activities practiced in Bangun Rejo Village are carried out consistently every week on Friday evenings. These activities involve a wide range of members of society, ranging from little children to adults. Participating in this activity consists of reading poetry that praises the Prophet Muhammad SAW and reading and comprehending the book Al-Barzanji. Within the population of Bangun Rejo Village, implementing Al-Barzanji activities has resulted in the development of a more profound understanding of and affection for the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Additionally, participation in this activity contributes to the formation of social bonds between residents as well as the strengthening of religious values. The findings of this study indicate that implementing Al-Barzanji activities in Bangun Rejo Village has a good impact on the development of affection for the Prophet Muhammad SAW and on the enhancement of religious and social values within the community.
