Problematika Dan Probabilitas Manajemen Majelis Taklim Di Kec. Pancur Batu Kab. Deli Serdang Prov. Sumatra utara

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the problems and probabilities of management of taklim assemblies in Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. Majelis taklim, as a form of religious organization that plays an important role in community development, often faces various challenges in its management. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to collect data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that there are several main problems, such as lack of resources, ineffective financial management, and lack of member participation in activities. In addition, possibilities for management improvement were discussed, including the implementation of a more structured management system and increased community involvement. This research is expected to provide insights for majelis taklim managers and policy makers in improving the management effectiveness of religious organizations in the region.
